Geek

Ok remember a long time ago I said I was going to post a blog about the Geekery iPhone and iPad cases I was looking at? That day has come! Now that I can post photos from my iPad, I can do this post! I have to admit that I am in love with most iPad backgrounds that use the Apple icon. I've been called a nerd for that, but who cares? Anyways, moving onto the cases. I collected these photos when I was preparing to either buy a case or make one.

Genius. An iPhone case that looks like an iPhone! I love it. I love that its made out of felt too. There is so much detail in those icons!

This one is similar but with a big wonderful apple! I love the old school Apple apple.

Following that rainbow idea, a retro tv! I find the felt hand stitched cases so sweet! It just feels more homey and special.

For the Paul Frank fans out there! I wouldn't actually ever buy this case, I'm not as big of a fan as I used to be...

And a tribute to my heritage! A geisha girl case. Its so sweet! I love all the little details that are included in this one. Such as the little lips, the eyelashes, and the flowers!

Continuing the Japanese theme we have a sushi! A piece of Ebi on rice wrapped with nori. I like the double stitching on this one :)

Oh My Goodness. I used to make mix tapes when I was younger! And then it moved onto making mix c.d.s! Now it just looks like you have an old school mix tape in your purse!

LOL! This one made me laugh as soon as I saw it. I knew right away what it was! Doom! My dad and our exchange student used to play this game every night for a long time. Awesome.

What a cute idea! Who doesn't like Tetris?! If I were to make this I would make the pieces with velcro so I could move them around when I'm bored :P

I am a fan of holiday themed things. I would totally use this for the whole month of October! And look the little guy even holds your headphones for you! Adorable.

HEAVEN. Do you remember when I would always use this stationary?! Ahhh memories...

Matching His and Hers love letter cases. Amore. A little too cheesy for most guys though.

Shhhh my phone is in disguise! A good idea for a case since its purpose is to cover your phone! I like how simple and clean this design is!

The uber nerd in me likes this DNA design. The even more uber nerd appreciates that the separated the spiral turns into clusters of 3 base pairs which codes for an amino acid! Awesome...

For the Black Tie event of course! I love how legit this is! How cute would it be to use this case when you go to formals :)

Who hasn't used an Etch-a-sketch? Plus I have a weak spot for buttons and robots! And if I'm honest, something about that red and grey together makes me happy.

For the musician in the family :)

And I hope by now you all have seen the video on Youtube about the Double Rainbow. I don't really like this case, just the thing that its making a reference to. I think the design could be done nicer, but this made me smile nonetheless.

Now along with cases there are decals that you can add to your apple product. Such as...

PAC MAN!

For the iPad too!

I've always loved this one! So clever ;)

And then there are backgrounds for my iPad that I have downloaded... Oh goodness, all the apple goodness :D

And then some not so geeky ones...

My lovely sister took this photo!

This is a photo of my dad around the time I was born. Nostalgic much? Yes. It makes me happy :) I don't usually use photos of people for my backgrounds because they just get covered up with icons. But every once in a while I use one as a pick me up during stressful times!

Well I hope this wasn't too many photos all at once. But I have been wanting to do this post for a long time and I kind of just kept collecting things :) What were your favorites?
