Time for a new art review! I pretty much only find artists from google searches or Etsy. I prefer finding artist on Etsy. I think it's easier to navigate the art on Etsy then it is on a personal blog. So anyways, today I found another artist named David, but this David's last name is Moore. When I first looked through his gallery I assumed he was a she. I suppose because the art was so light and feminine in my eyes. But I should know by now to not judge an artists gender by there style of art. Anyways, there is something really fun and light about his art to me. And after I looked through his shop I saw in his profile that he had a few more shops for different things. One of those were necklaces with pendants of his art. They exceeded my expectations! They are so detailed and sharp! I love them. Here are a few photos of his art on Etsy, and then some of his necklaces on Etsy as well.
I liked this piece because the idea of storytelling is special to me. How intimate and wonderful storytelling can be!
I've always called these flowers "wish" flowers. I used to really like these as a child. And now as an adult I love images of this whimsical flower.
I just really loved the colors and shapes of this one. It reminds me of Summertime :)
I love seahorses! I've always wanted to get one for my aquarium. But I'm afraid that it would die. And that would break my heart.
And here are some photos of the pendant necklaces that he makes!
This pendant reminds me of the 60's or 70's :)
I love horses. I became friends with my husband at a horse camp. So there will always be a special place for them in my heart.
Oh these colors are so pleasing to my eyes together :) And poppies are such a delicate flower :)
Can you see that the word is made up of little hearts? How darling :)
Well here is the link to his Etsy shop for his paintings.
And here is the link to his necklace shop
Stay Tuned...

I LOVE the wish flower picture! SO pretty! : )
You figured out the link thing! yay.
I like these pieces also! They look like collages, like he mixed lots of different papers to make the forms and shapes! They are pretty...I like the storytelling one also! The person and rabbit are talking, how cool :-)
ok so yes. I never highlighted the words that I wanted to go to the link. That's why it never showed up. I thought that it would just put the web address as a link on the blog. Sometimes I don't figure things out well. But I know how to do it now!
I'm with Heaven! I'm glad you figured out how to link things!! It will change your life (or blog).
I also love the "wish" flower painting. It reminds me of my childhood. It would be a lovely painting for one's baby room.
I'm so glad you do art reviews. You are good at it!
